Ain’t No Sunshine

I awoke this morning and like always, it was before sunrise.  I waited in anticipation for the sun to rise and shine, but the sun did not shine through the heavy, dense clouds.

I have taken the day off to sit in a corner and lick my wounds, like a feline who has been through a grueling cat fight.

I need time to heal.  i need time to cry.  I need time for quiet reflection.

I am torn.  Torn between wonder of how much we, Americans, have progressed since the “civil rights movement” and the disappointment of losing what I considered to be the most important election in my lifetime.

Obama has been compared to JFK and that is one of my biggest concerns.  JFK was such a young man, with little experience, we lived through very trying times.  During JFK’s term, the Berlin wall was built.  Let us not forget the debacle of “the bay of pigs:.  And yes, the Cuban missile crisis.

Ain’t no sunshine, either figuratively or literaly.  At least not today.

But in the words of Scarlet, tomorrow is another day.

Say Goodbye to Jobs in the Coal Industry

Major Coal-Producing States(in rank order as of 12/31/2000)

West Virginia
North Dakota
New Mexico

obama has said he will bankrupt the coal industry. Jobs will disappear from the states listed above. But more than this, he will drive up the price of energy so high, you will think you are living in Bagdad, cause you can only afford elctricity a few hours each day.

Just remember, crap rolls downhill. Charge big bucks to the coal industry and who pays in the end? The one who can least afford it. Middle and low income.

There are many coal fired power plants in existence now. Sure we want to clean up our environment. But making middle and low income people pay for what they cannot afford is cruel.

Putting hard working Americans out of work is cruel.

Illegal Immigrants Fund obama’s campaign

November 01, 2008 3:19 AM

–>Zeituni Onyango, Sen. Barack Obama’s long-lost half-aunt who was discovered living in public housing in Boston earlier this week, is in the U.S. illegally, the Associated Press reported Friday.

The Obama campaign, which has generally refused to comment on any of Obama’s myriad half-siblings scattered throughout the globe, has generally refused to comment on Onyango though the campaign did confirm to the Times of London for its Saturday edition that she is Obama’s father’s half-sister.

Earlier this week the Times of London and the Boston Globe found the woman referred to in Obama’s memoir “Dreams From My Father” as “Aunt Zeituni.”

A person familiar with Onyango’s immigration status told the AP Friday that she “was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request…Onyango’s refusal to leave the country would represent an administrative, non-criminal violation of U.S. immigration law, meaning such cases are handled outside the criminal court system. Estimates vary, but many experts believe there are more than 10 million such immigrants in the United States.

A searchable database of campaign donations on the Huffington Post indicates that Onyango has given her nephew’s presidential campaign $260 the Times reports that the donations she has given have been in small increments under $200 so by law they do not show up on Federal Election Commission reports.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., discloses donations of all amounts; he has criticized Obama for not disclosing all donations, saying such a process lends itself to illegal contributions, such as — presumably — Onyango’s.

Press Release 10 30 2008 – Berg Filing Injunction to Stay Presidential Election

Obama Crimes released the following statement

Philip J. Berg Will Be Arriving U.S. Supreme Court, Washington, DC at 3:15 p.m. today to file for an Injunction to Stay Presidential Election Pending Writ of Certiorari regarding Obama who is “NOT” qualified to be President of the United States

(Press Release – 10/30/08 – Contact information and pdf of press release at bottom)

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/30/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he will
be at the United States Supreme Court today, October 30, 2008 to file:

1. Application to Justice Souter for an Immediate Injunction to Stay the Presidential Election of November 4, 2008; and
2. Writ of Certiorari.

Berg stated, “I am hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court will grant the Injunction pending a review of this case to avoid a Constitutional Crisis by insisting that Obama produce certified documentation that he is or is not a “natural born” citizen and if he cannot produce documentation that Obama be removed from the ballot for President.

Berg’s case, Berg vs. Obama was dismissed from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket # 08-cv-4083 for lack of standing. This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States – the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world – then who does?

What happened to ‘…Government of the people, by the people, for the people,…’ Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address 1863.

We must legally prevent Obama, the unqualified candidate, from taking the Office of the Presidency of the United States,” Berg said.

Our website now has 86.1 + million hits.

Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.
