During July, the number of Americans who consider themselves to be Democrats fell two percentage points to 39.2%. That’s the first time since January that the number of Democrats has fallen below 41%.

I am sure that those figures include the Seminole County Florida, that is where I live.
47,057 of 240,252 or 19.59% of Total Registered Voters changed their voter registration from Democrat to No Party Affiliation in July 2008.
19.59% changed from Demorat to no party. It bears repeating doesn’t it.
